“John from Home Inspection Connection did an excellent job. I was first drawn to John's company due to all of the great reviews. I was then impressed with his extremely fast responses every time I contacted him which is a rarity these days. He arrived early on the day of inspection and gave me an overview on how he would be inspecting the property (4-unit building). This is my first investment property so I was eager to watch and learn what I should be looking for in future purchases and John was great at explaining and teaching as he went along. Since this was a small apartment some of the units had tenants which can be a difficult thing to maneuver but John used his humor to put the tenants who seemed to be nervous / tense at ease. Having a people person as your home inspector vs an introvert is very important when it comes to tenant occupied properties. John's ability to put the tenants at ease made it easy for me to sidebar with the tenants who I was meeting for the first time and have two successful verbal commitments for 12-month lease renewals$$$! I received the written report the next day which highlighted and summarized everything that was uncovered in full detail. I will definitely use Home Inspection Connection for all future purchases.”
